David Lewis Director

David Lewis is a founding director of Lewis Kitson Lawyers and has 40 years’ experience practicing as a lawyer. Prior to establishing Lewis Kitson Lawyers, David was a partner of the firm Lewis Blyth & Hooper, which was established in 1986. In 1998 he was also appointed as Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

David specialises in the following areas of the law: all aspects of commercial and business law, employment law, strata titles law, property law, retail and commercial leasing, trust law, wills and estates, succession planning and more.

David has over 40 years’ experience representing clients in all State jurisdictions (Courts and Tribunals) as well as the Federal Courts.

Having acted for a broad range of clients including, individuals, small businesses, local governments, real estate agents, accountants, property developers and strata companies, David prides himself on providing practical and cost-effective legal advice to his clients.
