Eduard Ferreira Special Counsel

Eduard has 30 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution and has been practising in Western Australia for the past nine years. Eduard obtained a Master of Law degree at UWA in 2023 and received the award for the top student in two subjects.

Eduard’s expertise lies in Property, Insurance, Construction, Corporate, Commercial and Strata Titles Litigation and dispute resolution. His experience includes appearances as counsel in the Supreme Court, District Court, Magistrates Court, SAT and International Arbitrations.

Eduard strives to find solutions for his clients where others have given up. He has successfully taken several large and complicated matters on trial. Eduard is conscious that resolving disputes should aim to add value to his clients’ businesses and has successfully negotiated settlements in complex matters and found innovative solutions to commercial disputes.
