David Lewis has over 40 years’ experience practising as a lawyer and was a founding director of Lewis Kitson Lawyers.

David specialises in the following areas of the law: all aspects of commercial and business law, strata titles law, property law, retail and commercial leasing, trust law, wills and estates, succession planning and more.

David has represented clients in all State jurisdictions (Courts and Tribunals) and the Federal Courts.

Having acted for a broad range of clients, including individuals, small businesses, local governments, real estate agents, accountants, property developers and strata companies, David prides himself on providing practical and cost-effective legal advice to his clients.
