After beginning her studies at Macquarie University NSW, Danielle graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University WA in 2020 and was admitted as a lawyer and officer of the Supreme Court of WA in 2021.

Danielle is now an Associate at Lewis Kitson Lawyers, practicing primarily in Succession Law. Her areas of expertise include:

  • Wills and estate planning, including succession of trusts;
  • Enduring Powers of Attorney and Guardianship, including State Administrative Tribunal applications;
  • Probate and Letters of Administration applications;
  • Deceased estate administration; and
  • Disputed estates and contested Wills.

Danielle strives to deliver clear, pragmatic advice to her clients. Her experience in the “back-end” of Succession Law allows her to identify potential issues and ‘stress-test’ her clients’ estate plans, enhancing her effectiveness in “front-end” planning and drafting.

Recognising that Succession Law matters often emerge during emotional or challenging times for her clients, Danielle approaches each matter with empathy and compassion, ensuring her clients feel well-informed and emotionally supported throughout their matter.
