Daniel Nugawela Senior Associate

Daniel Nugawela is a dispute resolution lawyer with regulatory and corporate experience, practising across general commercial litigation, insolvency and compliance matters.

He has appeared as counsel in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the Federal Court of Australia, and has acted in high-value corporate and commercial disputes across the insolvency, mining and resources, construction, and defamation spaces.

Daniel combines his litigation experience with regulatory expertise, having worked within the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in Listings Compliance and Admissions, where he oversaw corporate transactions and compliance in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.

He acts across complex matters involving technical and financial issues, from initial advice through to resolution.
