We are offering an opportunity for a driven and proven Commercial Lawyer to join our Applecross team.
Lewis Kitson Lawyers (formerly Lewis Blyth & Hooper, established in 1986) is a boutique commercial law firm in Applecross WA. We provide a wide range of legal services in both general and complex commercial matters.

Your role & responsibilities
Your role will include:
- working closely with experienced Partners and Solicitors.
- enjoying an appropriate level of autonomy, relative to experience.
- working on a mix of commercial matters including both general and complex instructions.
- exposure to all areas of commercial law, including litigation and dispute resolution.
- providing legal advice, support, and service to our existing and expanding client base.
Your skills & experience
We welcome applicants who preferably have at least 3 years PAE:
- are commercially minded and have a level of experience in Commercial Law, with exposure to Strata Titles Law being beneficial.
- have strong people skills and can take an empathetic approach when dealing with clients.
- are well organised, efficient, and able to meet deadlines.
- can work independently and as a productive team member.
